Overview The IIM Sales Business Consultant III is a commissioned sales position. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team in securing deals and contracts by providing expert analysis and recommendations to clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the proposed solution and to resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications Education Requirements Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience Experience Requirements 7+ years of experience in complex sales 7+ years of experience with Content Management, Automation, or related software platform 7+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements in a specific industry or solution Technical knowledge: General understanding of the technology we deliver and how it can be applied to meet business requirements. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, gather data and make recommendations. Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting solutions and business recommendations. Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
