The GSB External Relations team is seeking a Director of Data and Digital Operations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the digital transformation and data strategies that drive our External Relations efforts across our fundraising, alumni relations and operations teams. Job Purpose
As the Director of Data and Digital Operations, you will:
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience with alumni/donor communication is highly desired but not required.
- Proven track record in digital communication strategy development and execution.
- Experience managing community platforms or similar digital assets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Proficiency in analyzing digital metrics and using insights to drive engagement and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience in developing systems and workflows to improve efficiencies and customer service is a plus.
The expected pay range for this position is $141,000 to $180,000 per year.
