Linden Grove Industries, the parent company for Superior Outdoor Products, Key Link Fencing & Railing, Superior Hauling, and Artifex, seeks an Accounting Manager who will manage the financials for all four entities. Our Ideal Accounting Manager:
Experienced: 5+ years of Accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, 3+ years of leadership experience, and understanding & adherence to GAAP are required. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field. A CPA license is preferred.
Excellent Communicator: Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, over the phone and in person, to promote a positive working relationship.
Relational: Able to collaborate with people across the sister companies and build open communication to exchange ideas and information.
Growth-minded: Motivated to develop yourself and those around you to improve our company process and performance.
Collaborative: Enjoys working in a team environment as you work closely to share information, coordinate schedules, and overcome challenges.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting.
