Overview
We are looking for a Guest Relations Ambassador that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is guest centric and will be the liaison to our sales, service, and parts department.
Our sales department hours are from 9 am – 8 pm, therefore the ideal candidate must be flexible to work general office hours Monday - Friday; available to work possible closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Our Guest Relations Ambassador is our dealership’s front-line to the public, so strong communication skills are must. This individual must also be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have excellent phone etiquette. Primary duties include answering and routing incoming calls, taking accurate messages along with providing basic information to our guests.
The Guest Relations Ambassador position has a Pay Scale that includes a Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00/hourly.
*This position is located 100% on site at Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities
Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
Communicates with callers, walk-in guests and or vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Strives to minimize hold time and abandon rates.
Keeps track of sales personnel that check in & out of the premises.
Notifies appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
Maintains guest’s contact information including but not limited to phone number (s), email, and home addresses.
Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
Always maintains a professional appearance.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred
Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language
Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
