Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Consistentlydemonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal guestsby displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors and SPOTLIGHT ON SERVICE skills.Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positiveenergy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact andfriendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebratescustomer wins. Is ready to serve andwell informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs andany other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greetingguests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs of the guest and provides fast, flawless service.Executes all service programs to assure prioritization of service to very bestguests. Checks for satisfaction andproperly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and TotalRewards registration and membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guestsfor visiting. Promotes Harrah’s andalways projects Harrah’s in a positive light to guests. Obtains entrée order when necessary andcommunicates appropriately. Obtains thefood when prepared, delivers order to respective guest, observing servicestandard guidelines. Responsible forcomplete set-up, stocking and service of assigned area and breakdown. Responsible for drink orders and proper wineserving. Areas assigned should be neat,clean and organized at all times. Follows all established uniform guidelines and appearancestandards. Assists in all aspects of theFood and Beverage operation when necessary.

Requirements:
High School diploma orequivalent required. Prior banquet food service experience preferred. Ability to balance service tray and lift upto 35 pounds. Must possess excellentcommunication skills and be able to understand and speak English fluently. Must have superior customer service skillsand be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends andholidays.
Is fluent on Microsoft Officesoftware products, and is viewed as an outstanding team player.
Is able to work in smokefilled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
