Job Abstract

Group One, a leader in the Aviation vendor services industry, is looking to welcome a motivated and efficient Payroll Administrator to our team! As a Payroll Administrator you will hold the responsibility for managing employee salary data, ensuring time-sheets are accurate, and payroll is processed in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall payroll process
• Manage timekeeping system (UKG Workforce Dimensions)
• Prepare reports weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and yearly
• Ensure that time-sheets are completed by operations timekeepers on a weekly basis
• Resolve all payroll errors and provide information to employees regarding questions on payroll related matters
• Remit payments to unions, and other agencies
• Ensure paid time off is properly tracked and maintained using our HRIS (Paylocity)

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Administration
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of multi state payroll processes
• Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Finance/Accounting (strongly preferred)

Compensation:

• $65,000.00 + per year (Based on experience)

Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
