SUMMARY OF POSITION
Refined Technologies operates as a leader in the chemical cleaning segment of the refining industry. In particular, they have patented chemistries, processes and equipment for cleaning and treating refining industry equipment. The IT Service Delivery Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. They also work with the IT team to plan, migrate, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, as well as provide training and documentation to users. Additionally, they administer and monitor Azure services, Intune devices, Enterprise Applications, and Windows Server technologies. Furthermore, the IT Service Delivery Administrator supports the desktop infrastructure, software releases, ticketing system, and serves as a mentor for the Service Desk members.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer, manage, and implement changes to the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment including Azure/Entra and Office 365 infrastructure components
Provide technical leadership for the deployment and use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially (but not limited to) Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Intune and other apps features like Planner, Forms, OneNote, Intune, etc.
Administer, manage, and implement changes to the enterprise Microsoft Intune environment to manage and secure devices that access company data.
Provide training and keep staff/users engaged on Microsoft 365 changes that impact the organization.
Identify, research, and stay on top of emerging cloud technologies, solutions, strategies, and developments with the goal of identifying opportunities for their use.
Resolve and respond to escalated technical issues related to Office 365 services. Work with other IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
Create and deliver training materials and documentation to educate users on Office 365 features, best practices, and productivity tools.
Maintain and support software releases across system platforms and implement vendor software, hardware, and security patches and recommendations.
Participates in tickets, on-call rotation, manages ticketing systems and mentors Service desk team
Manage and maintain desktop infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and applications.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate for the position of IT Support Administrator will have the following prerequisites:
Experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams administration
Experience with Office 365 and Entra ID management
Experience in Azure administration in an enterprise environment
Experience with Microsoft Defender Mobile/Desktop management (Intune, or similar), Endpoint security Experience in Office 365 Mobile and Desktop applications and add-ins
Proficient in PowerShell
Ability to triage tickets and be escalation point for service desk members
Azure Infrastructure experience a plus
Azure Networking a plus
Networking experience – Unifi experience a plus
Familiarity with NIST concepts and guidelines a plus
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum seven (7) years related hands-on IT experience, supporting users in a fast paced environment required
Relevant Azure certifications or ongoing pursuit of Azure certifications a plus
Ability to triage tickets and troubleshoot independently
