Job Description
Experience Required: 5 years
Experience Desired: Proven experience as a Mac OS Support Engineer in a retail environment;
Proficiency in managing JAMF MDM environments; Strong knowledge of Apple Mac hardware, macOS, and iOS platforms and associated best practices
Proficiency in creating and managing Apple IDs, App Store accounts, and Apple Business Manager.
Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Apple Mac hardware and software related issues in a retail environment.
Manage and maintain the JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment to support our Mac footprint.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Mac OS and software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions aligned with business objective
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Apple technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
Provide training and guidance to staff on Mac OS usage and best practices.
Analyze system logs and diagnostic reports to troubleshoot complex issues.
