?Cybersecurity Operational Technology- Senior Manager
With rapidly changing cybersecurity threats, clients from all industries look to us for trusted solutions for their increasingly complex risks. As a Senior Manager of our Operational Technology (OT) Cyber team you'll have the opportunity help clients gain insights into their OT cybersecurity program and strategy as a whole.? You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex cybersecurity needs and contributing toward their business resilience. ?
The opportunity ?
You'll work alongside and lead respected industry professionals, learning about and applying leading practices to better manage OT cybersecurity people, process, and technology capabilities. You'll share insights into the design and operations of OT cybersecurity programs and OT cyber strategies in a variety of industries and learn how to design measurable, sustainable programs to keep up with the ever changing cybersecurity landscape. ?
Your key responsibilities ?
The role of an OT cybersecurity Senior Manager is to help clients determine appropriate solutions and services and can drive the opportunity to closure. You'll work with a national practice, which often times includes global team members to support these pursuits and clients. You will participate in leading the team to implement, deploy and operate the solutions and services to the clients with the highest quality and integrity. Some examples are to implement cybersecurity programs and strategies using our proprietary solutions, deploy solutions to remediate gaps or enhance maturity of specific cybersecurity capabilities, operate cybersecurity measurements and monitoring, and develop sustainable processes.? You will gain experience applying risk management principles to a cybersecurity environment and leveraging cybersecurity frameworks / standards like ISO/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, etc. ?
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong client relationship building skills. Understanding of how to close long term, complex deals.
- Ability to present complex technical ideas to client leadership, clients technical teams and client buyers.
- Work closely with executives (peer senior managers and partners) to co-lead, motivate teams and provide leadership in client engagements?
- Foster relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance operational technology systems to develop and improve security at procedural and governance levels
- Lead and deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas

- Sales experience with closing long term, complex opportunities
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to speak with C-suite, Director and VP levels
- Leading diverse teams
- Operational technology system and environment experience
- Cybersecurity ?assessments
- IT and cybersecurity ?policies, standards, procedures and controls
- Security strategies and roadmaps
- Cybersecurity ?awareness and training
- Cybersecurity ?metrics and reporting
- Cybersecurity ?organization design and implementation
- A strong background of the security frameworks and standards such as ISO 62443, NIST 800-82 and OT specific architectures like the Perdue Model
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60-80%; a valid driver's license in the US
Ideally, you'll also have
- CISSP, GICSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified within 1 year from the date of hire
- Experience with Operational technology cyber solutions.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $160,900 to $367,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $193,100to $417,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
