Job Description and Responsibilities

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to hire immediately in the role of Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator. This is an on-site position, typically Monday through Friday, day shift and no Holidays!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Submit Requisition Requests to the assigned Recruiter at Headquarters Service Center
• Ability to be creative in the design of job advertisements
• Recruit candidates from various resources, including but not limited to: job fairs, internet job boards, campus events, involvement in the community etc.
• Point of contact for all items hiring related, including but not limited to: making sure all job advertisements are refreshed and active, reviewing and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, moving candidates forward in an applicant tracking system from start to finish, and conducting reference checks for management positions
• Coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers
• Enter and maintain data in the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate the candidate’s first day of work and ensure the completion of ADP onboarding requirements of all new team members
