Job Abstract

Accounts Payable Specialist is needed for a large and respected company in Sacramento. This is a full time temporary position to cover for a leave of absence for a term of approximately two months.

DUTIES

• Will be performing accounts payable processing

• Data entry of invoices into their data base

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.

• Match invoices against purchase orders.

• Vendor relations and communications.

• Payment Processing.

• Regularly reconcile accounts payable ledger with vendor statements

OTHER

• Degree preferred.

• GAAP knowledge preferred.

• Accurate data entry required.

• High attention to detail required.

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
