Job Abstract

Unit Secretary in the Emergency Department at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This is a part-time position that will work 10-hour Evening shifts to include weekend rotations as needed

Attends nursing station and performs clerical and reception duties. Requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training MOAB I/II required within 30 to 150 days of hire (Emergency Department staff only).
• Coursework/Training Completion of medical terminology course. Or equivalent educ/experience
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Vocational/Specialized Training.
• Coursework/Training Completion of course forward secretaries.
• Related experience.
