ERP Systems Administrator - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 95k/year - Cleveland, OH

• Our client is a manufacturer of large specialty fasteners and forgings for Heavy Construction, Infrastructure, Power Generation, and General Distribution. They have over 125 years of experience supplying domestic fasteners, forgings, and machined parts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and administration for Epicor ERP across departments and locations.
• Develop reports, queries, and utilize data analysis tools to improve data availability.
• Learn and implement IS strategies to enhance business processes and data integrity.
• Lead software improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Manage relationships with outside consultants for software customizations and support.
• Create or receive training to develop custom reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Epicor ERP system administration, or similar ERP System administration.
• Relevant degree or certifications in information systems, IT, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or distribution.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 95k/year range.
• 4% match on 5% contributed 401k
