This position is responsible for coordinating dining reservations for all three restaurants and all special events. Further responsibilities include booking all groups that are not booked through conference services. The individual will also ensure that all menus are updated seasonally or when changes are made by the culinary team.

Ensure that all limited menus are printed and ready for each meal period.*

Qualifications:
18 years of age or older.
Previous reservations experience preferred.
Must have a valid Drivers' License
Completion of high school or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Must have excellent math skills in order to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
