What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking to hire a Systems Engineer to focus on seabed electronics engineering for the US Navy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. You’ll get the chance to work directly with leading development of novel systems used in the field.

More About the Role:

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting Management: Efficiently organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate recording of meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.

• Action Item Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all project action items, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

• Deliverable Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

• Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Point of Contact (POC) Duties: Serve as the backup point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and clients as needed.

 This position will primarily be on-site at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division with some remote work possible.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.

• 5+ yrs of experience in marine, electrical, or shipboard engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience with leading a project.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project.

• Experience working with US Navy.
