Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the OB/GYN Clinic in Dumfries, Virginia in support of Fort Belvoir's Community Hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient clinical environment
• Emphasis on work-life balance (No holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements)
• Monday-Friday 07:30AM-4:00PM
• Opportunity to provide care for our active and retired military heroes and their dependents
• All patients are Tricare insured!
• 11 Paid Federal Holidays Off

Responsibilities:

• On-board and train medical assistants in clinic
• Schedule OB/GYN patients for appointments and triage patients
• Assist with completing patient call backs
• Order medical supplies and complete payroll approvals
• Oversee the clinic schedule and staffing schedules/callouts
• Work with Director of Nursing for any support staff concerns

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• 2-years of recent nursing experience required with supervisory or charge nurse experience
• U.S. Citizen
