Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Ensures that the company's advertising partnership strategies align with overall business goals. Identifies potential partners, develops mutually beneficial partnership strategies, and executes strategies.
Determines the priority of various advertising partnerships based on potential impact, partner needs, and company goals. Analyzes the market, competition, and partner capabilities.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding specific annual targets related to advertising partnerships, including revenue targets, partnership growth targets, or other key performance indicators.
Ensures that the benefits outlined in the Joint Business Plans are being realized. Monitors partnership performance, addresses any issues or challenges, and implements changes as needed to maximize benefits.
Understands partner needs and creates a roadmap for technical integration. Defines key requirements, sets timelines, and identifies potential challenges. Works closely with internal technical teams to execute integration plans. Communicates requirements, oversees the integration process, and ensures deadlines are met.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
