This involves identifying target markets, specifically in the LA County area, determining pricing strategies, analyzing competition, and evaluating market opportunities.- Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and expenses.- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present performance updates to senior management.- Oversee the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.- Monitor individual and team sales performance, track progress against targets, and take corrective actions when necessary.
