Position Overview:
The Security GRC Analyst position is a critical role tasked with overseeing and enhancing CCM’s risk management program. This position will engage in risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance. Additionally, this position will collaborate effectively, both in-person and virtually, with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management considerations into CCM’s business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on aligning risk management efforts with GRC objectives.
- Coordinate risk management activities with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards and facilitate the resolution of GRC-related issues.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, review, and test risk mitigation plans and controls that address key risk areas and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management and GRC performance, key findings, and recommendations to senior management and executive teams.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to integrate risk management considerations into regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to managing risks.
- Monitor and evaluate key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of risk management activities and identify emerging risks that may impact GRC objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory developments to inform risk management and GRC strategies and initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of our risk management and GRC frameworks.
- Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the company's risk management and GRC frameworks through feedback, data analysis, and process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Risk Management, GRC, or a related field, with proficient understanding of risk assessment methodologies, GRC frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management and GRC strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced analytical and complex risk assessment skills.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills for managing deadlines and driving initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated to ensure accuracy and quality in work responsibilities.
