Client Relationship Associate

Location: Cockeysville, MD

An independent advisory firm in Cockeysville, MD, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others to join their growing team as a Client Relationship Associate. This position plays an important role in supporting Advisors and creating an exceptional customer experience for clients by bringing clarity and understanding to their financial lives.

Compensation:
$65,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Financial Planning Process
• Enter client data into financial planning software and spreadsheets
• Generate financial analyses and plans for clients, coordinating with Advisors
• Develop close, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Coordinate with the Director of Investments for client portfolio management
• Assist clients with operational inquiries, requests, and problems

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (e.g., Orion, Salesforce) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional client service orientation and attitude
• Genuine interest in serving and caring for others
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• High attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred, or equivalent career experience
• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry preferred
• Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
