The Trust and Safety (T&S) Service Delivery (SD) team focuses on managing a large and growing contingent workforce across sites worldwide. The team is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across the Temp, Vendor and Contractor (TVC) population. We partner with engineering teams across Product Areas, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), Legal, Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS), Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS), Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) teams as well as external vendor partners to bring innovation and technology in building operations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage medium-to-large scale projects and operations in a global setup. Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays and team performance to teams, executives, and other sponsors.
- Understand internal tools, processes, and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders internal and external to T&S across Product, Policy, and Engineering teams and drive projects that improve the overall quality of vendor operations and make our products safer.
- Drive Turn Around Time (TAT), decision quality SLA adherence across vendors. Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices across the vendors.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Industry standard Operations or Project management certifications (like PMP©).
- Experience in leading projects in a highly diverse and dynamic global setup.
- Experience with third-party business processes/vendor management.
- Ability to identify and improve opportunities at scale, and experience working with the data quality process.
- Stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence and build consensus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
