Fred Beans Ford of West Chester is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team!

The Parts Manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. The parts manager will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization security, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising.

Hours: M-F 7:30am-5pm

Responsibilities of the Parts Manager will include, but are not limited, to the following;

• Ensure that the correct stock status parts are available for customers.
• Monitors the flow of work in the Parts Department and intervenes as needed to ensure the work is completed on time.
• Monitors and evaluates employee performance with Parts Department regularly.
• Follows up with parts customers to ensure they are satisfied with service.
• Monitors Parts Upgrade performance metrics.
• Manages departmental expenses in an effort to ensure the profitability of the dealership.

Experience necessary for the Parts Manager role include, but are not limited, to the following;

• Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.
• Current driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2 years in an automotive Parts Department preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience withFord and ADP/CDK a plus
• Physical Requirements- Lift up to 50 lbs
