The ideal candidate will be a highly trustworthy, loyal, hardworking professional who is team-oriented, agile, proactive, and intuitive. The candidate should be self-confident, and energetic, with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor. The candidate will provide professional, confidential support to the HR team, with key responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties include:
General office duties, including but not limited to, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, distributing mail and calendar management
Meeting coordination and preparation for presentations involving senior level executives
Actively manage time off and conference room calendars
Reconcile and prepare expense reports
Provide backup administration support for team support staff
Responsible for replenishing office supplies, maintaining and organizing the office and supply closet
Partner with all HR partners to assist when needed
Be able to complete daily tasks with little to no direction
Interact with colleagues and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
Coordinate department-wide parties and events
Ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Book travel and process expenses for HR management as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment working directly with senior-level executives
Strong skills in Google Drive, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsible, reliable, and credible, with proven track record of working with confidential information
Strong competence in project management; the ability to plan, track and drive projects to successful completion
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications skills both verbal and written with strong sense of tact
Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
Self-motivated, proactivity and able to work both independently and collaboratively using good business judgement and common sense
Comfortable working with and maintaining various forms of technology and electronic equipment
Can-do positive, flexible attitude and demeanor, willingness to roll-up sleeves as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented but able to multi-task
Flexible to be in office five days per week
Bachelor’s degree preferred
