Our Impact:
We create Proof of Concepts (POCs) for our API Services to illustrate how innovative technology can be incorporated and enhance Freddie Mac’s technology offerings. We collaborate with IT teams and IT leadership to advance our technical capabilities and go from not yet to possible. We pioneer technologies that are not being used anywhere else yet in the enterprise.
Your Impact:
Enhance our offerings with emerging and traditional technologies such as Kubernetes, Angular/React , Java, JSON, Spring Boot and more.
Create UIs using Angular/React with Typescript, Node.js, CSS/SCSS and HTML
Fixing software security vulnerabilities identified in SAST and FOSS scanning.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of software development experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience
Back End Skills: Java - REST/Json API, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Database (SQL/NOSQL).
Front End Skills: Web based application skills (Angular/React/Vue, JavaScript, or NodeJS similar frameworks, and jQuery)
Automation Testing: Junit, Automated Performance and Regression/Functional Testing
Devops Tools: git, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, OCP/AWS, CI/CD pipeline.
Experience developing with large microservice-based architectures, container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes/Amazon EKS

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $103,000 - $155,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
