Responsible for conducting direct recruitment activities, and interfacing with other outreach contractors in compliance with government and management directives.

· Conduct support activities for recruitment activities, including public speaking; develop linkages with referral sources such as human services agencies, tours. recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches; participate in center tours; contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
• Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area; provide outreach presentations in support of the regional outreach efforts.
• Maintain accountability logs of organizations contacted, individuals contacted, referrals to screening agencies and subsequent enrollments.
• Maintain the outreach calendar to support effective and timely outreach with the NEAP.
• Assist with contacting prospects, scheduling tours, and information sessions in coordination with admissions staff.
• Assist with leading tours, follow up on all attendees with an email, text message or phone call.
• Conduct a tour survey and communicate to supervisor and the center for follow-up.
• Assist with the attainment of outreach/recruitment goals each month.
• Refer youth to designated screening or other support agencies, as appropriate.
• Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.
• Conducts pre-arrival calls to prospective students prior to arrival.
• Work with the Center to prepare for new students’ arrival and support welcome activities.
• Support graduation and celebration ceremonies on Center.
• Assist with career preparation period and other new student arrival activities.
• Promote the development of career success standards by modeling appropriate behaviors, mentoring students when necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions.
• Support, promote, and enforce the Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy.
• Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Qualifications
-To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
-Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel.
-Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking required.
-Social media and computer proficiency are also required.
Experience
Six months to one-year administrative experience.
Education

Valid State Driver’s License.
