The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are the following:

• Quality Assurance Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and systems.
• Inspection & Testing: Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product quality. This includes setting up and maintaining optical testing equipment.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes.
