JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in Epic Professional Billing with SBO Certification to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for installing new applications, providing go-live support, evaluating operational workflows, and creating system specifications based on user requirements. An important part of the role includes application troubleshooting, upgrading existing applications, and assisting users with new functionalities to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Install new applications and components, and upgrade existing applications.
Provide application troubleshooting support and resolve any issues that arise.
Evaluate operational workflows and create system specifications from user requirements.
Conduct application testing for new systems, version upgrades, and system modifications; document outcomes.
Design database queries and create reports utilizing report-writing tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Epic Professional Billing with SBO Certification.
Proven experience in application implementation and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills to analyze business/clinical needs and requirements.
