Understand newly released features in the product(s) and industry trends, and work with the business technology partner to deploy applicable capabilities
Support leading, identifying and organizing test environments with IT business partners
Lead regressions, upgraded and integration improvement post-go live with user acceptance criteria
Monitor integrations, performance, and effectiveness of the WMS. Initiate and complete corrective actions
Provide day to day support as necessary for Warehouse Management System – monitor integrations, batch jobs, performance, and effectiveness. Escalate and lead corrections as necessary
Triage critical issues, conduct root-cause analysis and lead resolutions thereof
Responsible as administrator for user, configuration, master data, and role privileges for the Warehouse Management System
Responsible for creating and cascading training to other subject matter experts (SME’s)
Communicate status of work in progress, escalate issues and complete initiatives on time and on budget
Configure in WMS new finished goods and dry good while validating master data in SAP. Configure new locations and sequences of locations.
Validation of carrier name, enter SCAC code and service levels
Systematically validate inventory on storage trailer matches order created in SAP in regards of item, quantity and status
Process improvements and analytics as the business partner for the warehouse
Owner of data analytics, dashboard creation and support, system optimization, EOB reconciliation practices (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and report writing
Position is an on-site role. Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% to support implementations and provide on-site support when requested within the network.
