Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.
Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
Assist with set-up & tear down for each concert; within the F&B Department as needed.
Responsible for beverage service for guests or beverage/food servers in the assigned venue.
Must be able to perform efficiently and accurately in a high-volume venue.
Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.
Assisting in other F&B duties as assigned.
Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Must be 18 years of age.

Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
