Job Abstract

Randstad is seeking for a Benefits Administration Coordinator on a hybrid model to support a fast paced entertainment department with the following requirements:

Work with HR, vendors, and carriers on escalated employee issues, including claims resolution
• Serve as contact for senior executives and their assistants for benefit inquiries
• Assist employees with benefit questions, research, follow-up timely and accurately
• Provide support for compliance projects, audits and documentation of appeals
• Manage administration of international benefit plan, including plan eligibility, enrollment and billing for expatriate employees
• Assist with managing employee discount programs with vendors
• Prepare payroll funding requests, support audits, and reconciliations for the 401(k) Plan
• Manage and post Open Enrollment communications and documents to the recordkeeping site
• Assist with reviewing and testing Open Enrollment systems and materials
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to process department invoices & set up new vendors
• Assist with communication and wellness initiatives
