SWCA is seeking a part time Smartsheet Project Specialist to administer multiple Smartsheet spreadsheets and workflows through manual data entry and 3rd party dataset uploads. This is an office-based position that is able to work remotely. Work hours may vary depending on project needs and your skills. As our team continues to grow, additional opportunities for advancement and/or transition to a regular, full-time position will be available.The ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a diverse group of technical specialists. This position is part-time hourly. Pay depends on experience. What you will accomplish Help build and maintain Smartsheet spreadsheets as our primary project tracking platform. Within Smartsheet, perform data entry, bulk uploads, pull reports, gather metrics. Execute on-demand python scripts to pull data from 3rd?party systems. Work within our Enterprise Resource Planning tool, Deltek Vision to run reports and export data. Manipulate raw datasets within Microsoft Excel to prep and transform for load into Smartsheet. Experience and qualifications for success Qualified candidates will demonstrate an appropriate combination of the following additional competencies and skills: 1 year experience actively using Smartsheet (or similar: Google Sheets, Wrike, Asana). Has held a Smartsheet license and has built a Smartsheet spreadsheet. Technology inclination and interest. Motivation to learn new skills. Able to work on a fast-paced team.
