The School of Business is accepting applications for a full-time faculty position. The University seeks to fill the position for the Fall 2024 semester. Ideal candidates for this position will have extensive experience (15+ years) in Operations Management or Accounting/Finance. Familiarity with contemporary technology is a plus.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a master's degree (preferably an MBA). At least three years of university-level teaching experience is preferable. Serious consideration will be given to applicants who possess senior-level business experience. Candidates must be able to articulate and incorporate into their field of teaching a biblically-centered worldview.

Candidates should be prepared to teach a full-time load (a minimum of 24 credits per academic year). Other responsibilities include student advising, committee participation, student recruitment, and interface with students at extracurricular events.

Located in Langhorne, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Cairn exists to educate students to serve Christ in the church, society, and the world as biblically minded, well-educated, and professionally competent men and women of character. Students earn bachelors degrees in various areas including Bible, Youth and Family Ministry, Education, Social Work, Music, Business Administration, English, History, and Liberal Arts, and graduate degrees in Business Administration, Divinity, Theology, Education, Organizational Leadership, and Counseling.

Cairn is a conservative evangelical institution within the protestant tradition that employs faculty and staff who profess Jesus Christ as personal Savior; agree to Cairns Statement of Faith and Community Life Covenant; and serve students in a ministerial capacity through imparting and upholding biblical instruction, prayer, and mentoring. Members of the faculty are required to integrate biblical instruction in their respective professional subject areas.
