PrideStaff has a great opportunity for a QC Associate in San Marcos, CA

As our QC Inspector, you will be a part of the Quality Department. As the QC Inspector is responsible for product quality verification.  This includes the development of control plans and methods for incoming materials, work-in-process, and certification of compliance to customer specifications. This position is responsible for utilizing quality-related principles, methods, and techniques to verify the conformance products

What will you be Accountable for?

• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.

• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs.

• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

What are you Empowered to do?

• Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure priorities for OTD are met, and customer communication is supported.

• Support Quality Management team to make informed product and process decisions and improvements.
