Position Overview:
This individual will report directly to the Branch Manager. The Executive Assistant’s primary role is to support Branch Manager and manage daily operations and keep our executive on task. This is a full-time position located in Fairfax, Virginia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Gina’s daily calendar.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with referring partners and clients.
- Organize and execute recurring processes for all related sales operations.
- Schedule and assist with planning team activities.
- Manage and administer Extreme Follow Up Program.
- Maintain all client and partner databases.
- Maintain lead tracker and team metric reports.
- Attend client appreciation events and support various prospecting/marketing activities.
- Send correspondence to clients, business partners, and referral sources, including scheduled gifts.
- Assist with social media marketing.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed; including but not limited to all scanning, monthly expense reimbursement, ordering office supplies, occasional errands, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with customer service, preferred.
- Organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
