Job Description
The role of Associate Director, Marketing and Communications, is a unique opportunity to join our Company, as a key member of the Human Health IT team. With a digital-first mindset that informs, inspires, and engages employees globally, this role will help authentically tell the story of how our Company is using technology to improve lives. This includes collaborating with global leaders and partners to execute a strategic communications plan and raise awareness of the technology organization and its solutions. The candidate selected for this role will work under the guidance of the Director for Marketing and Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the internal communication and marketing strategy for the HH IT organization, in alignment with the broader IT and Corporate communication strategy.
Working with key stakeholders across HH IT to understand the value of our products and solutions and communicate them to key stakeholders.
Creating visibility and awareness of HH IT products and their global impact through various communication methods and channels, such as video, digital, social media, and marketing assets.
Collaborate with HH IT teams to create engaging visual content that showcases the division, teams, products, and individuals across different media and channels.
Planning and executing HH IT-led events, such as Town Halls, webcast forums, and internal and external speaking engagements. This includes supporting content development, coordinating event logistics, and providing overall event support.
Leading the development and measurement of communications-related performance metrics to assess effectiveness and business impact.
Collaborating with IT and Corporate Communications leads on divisional or enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to understand the value of our products and solutions and effectively communicate them.
Working closely with our network of regional and divisional communications colleagues to activate our strategic campaigns.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, business or brand communications, or related field.
Experience in supporting the development and execution of marketing communication strategies and plans.
Strong content management abilities across multiple internal and external digital platforms; attention to detail and ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft strategic, targeted messaging across different mediums. PowerPoint mastery
Ability to demonstrate initiative, think strategically and show creative problem solving in response to communications challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing environment.
Team player, collaborative spirit, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-visibility role. Possesses passion, energy, and desire to drive results.
Preferred skills and experience:
Familiarity with large, matrix global organizations or agencies, preferably in technology, healthcare, or related industries.
Experience working with or in regions outside the United States with cross-cultural and cross-functional agility.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to independently prioritize tasks.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$122,800.00 - $193,300.00
