Position Overview:
In this position, the successful candidate will manage a number of day to day tasks. Including:
Monitoring and managing all aspects of the departments building management controls system.
Managing our cabling vendors contract and day to day activities.
Collaborating with other departments during projects and space reconfigurations.
Providing systems/IT support to Facilities Management employees.
Respond to emergencies 24/7.
Participate in rotational on call duties.
Work varying shifts between 6am and 6pm (8 hour shift).

In this role, you will be an integral part of the departments success and may be expected to:
Collaborate with other departments and contractors to achieve departmental goals.
Partner with other Engineers to complete tasks.
Mentor Engineering Associates
Provide oversight and support for projects at our Facilities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with building management control systems programming, testing, calibrating operating and repair
Experience with building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Experience with structured cabling and contract management.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $90,000 - $136,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
