We're looking for a creative Recruitment Marketing Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team and support North America and Latin America. In this role, you'll craft innovative strategies to boost our hiring efforts and promote diversity. You'll also play a key role in building our regional employer brand. Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with our regional Talent Acquisition- and HR team, hiring managers, Strategic Sourcer and the Global Lead Employer Brand to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience in the Americas.
Content Creation : Craft compelling content and creative assets that reflect our employer value proposition, attracting and engaging diverse candidates and employees through relevant regional and global channels.
Analytical Approach : Utilize marketing analytics to refine and optimize recruitment
Campaigns: Ensure a targeted and effective talent attraction strategy.
Candidate Engagement : Foster meaningful connections with both internal and external candidates, maintaining a qualified candidate pool that aligns with our regional and global objectives.
Employer Value Proposition Alignment : Ensure all marketing efforts are in sync with our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP), providing a consistent and personalized candidate experience.
Candidates in NJ will be considered for Hybrid work, being in the Plainsboro, NJ office 2 days/week. Candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones of the US will be considered. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $88,500 - $110,500.

You bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, with a deep understanding of the Americas region talent market required
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, with an affinity for marketing analytics along with exceptional ability to craft and convey compelling messages across various channels.
Social media savviness
Strong skills in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Spanish a plus
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
