Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

Duties:
Handling phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Responding to email requests professionally and promptly.
Providing general customer service.
Conducting research on shipments for corporate requests and reports.
Researching shipments for accounting requests and reports.
Communicating charges with the accounting department when external vendors are involved.
Demonstrating a clear understanding of TSA regulations.
Crafting pickup and delivery routes and maintaining communication with drivers throughout the day.
Adapting daily routes to meet customer needs.
Acting as a communication bridge between customers, drivers, and sales.
Nurturing strong relationships with drivers and customers.
Scheduling residential pickups.
Willingness to work overtime if needed.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in accurate typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word.
Strong written and oral communication skills are imperative.
Capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and surrounding roadways.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Bilingual Spanish desired, not required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of dispatching experience.
