THE JOB:
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant venues while setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience with your welcoming smile and outstanding service. By understanding each guest's unique story and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, creating WOW moments that they will cherish long after their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Create daily floor plans for each shift to ensure proper rotation and station coverage.
Supervise floor service in dining rooms during operating hours.
Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance-related issues.
Maintain communication with the Chef regarding all food service and menu matters.
Liaise with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs or issues.
Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or support departments.
Keep inventory forms and stocking areas up to date.
Inspect food received from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
THE SCHEDULE:
This position is scheduled according to business requirements and could be subject to be adjusted upon business needs.
