Shift: 1st shift
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product/service information, and recommend tailored solutions.
Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute customer acquisition and retention plans.
Utilize analytical skills to analyze project specifications and accurately estimate costs.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure precise cost calculations.
Stay informed about industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Clearly communicate cost estimates, address customer inquiries promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized records of estimates, interactions, and sales reports.
Foster strong client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and soliciting feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in estimating and inside sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector, with knowledge of sheet metal and CNC processes.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
