Job Description

AECOM is looking for Construction Project Managers for Transportation Infrastructure Projects in the New York/ NJ Metropolitan area.

Responsible for the overall management of PMC and CM projects or for managing key components/disciplines of mega projects or of numerous smaller projects (I.E Testing & Commissioning, or Systems Integration)
Assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies. I
Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
Oversee and ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering plus either years of experience in a related role or demonstrated equivalency
Transit and Transportation Experience

Preferred Qualifications :

NY NJ Metro Agency Experience
10+ years of related experience
Experience with and knowledge of New York City DOT procedures and practices
