Responsibilities
The Associate position is within the Finance and HR Applications sub department in Information Technology. The Associate will be responsible for liaising between stakeholders and development teams, including documenting requirements, coordinating calendars, and managing deliverables. This team member will also be expected to participate actively in the project management process, updating project plans in a variety of management platforms, and providing updates on project health. Long term, our Associate will become a subject matter expert in multiple systems and business processes, developing into a dynamic resource with opportunities to grow in breadth of responsibility and contributions to the firm.
- Coordinating project members and activities and manages project documentation to ensure project success.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison and representative to business, IT and third-party vendors on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of systems to identify potential issues and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet the requirements.
- Provide administration to our software development life cycle.
- Manage training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Build and manage trusting relationships with internal stakeholders between technology and the business.
Qualifications
- 3 -4 years experience with requirements documentation and system specs documentation.
- Participation in advisory, project coordination and process improvement.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of both third party software implementation and greenfield application development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile processes preferred.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Products (Jira/Confluence), Monday.com, and Visio preferred.
- Experience managing third party vendor relationships, a plus.
- Wireframe experience, a plus.
- Financial services experience, a plus.

Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
