Utilizes extensive knowledge of the company and clients to recommend process changes within and across business unit to increase client satisfaction and efficiencies. Serves as an expert consultant to multiple business units to manage the most complex client projects and solve unprecedented issues. Makes recommendations to and helps execute the strategic priorities for the business unit(s) to best reach clients, maximize engagement, and drive business value.
This role will specifically focus on leading teams who own several of our Marketing Technology platforms. The individual will be responsible for driving the maintenance of said platforms, developing, in partnership with peers and other leaders, the MarTech platform strategy, and the execution of important initiatives that aim to drive commercial value to the firm. The individual will be required to manage and deliver in a hybrid centralized / decentralized environment working to advance our capabilities for both B2C and B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains portfolio level roadmap and backlogs while managing stakeholder tradeoffs for our Marketing Technology platforms
- Partners with technology to track, maintain, and adjust portfolio budget across several delivery teams
- Develops recommendations for firmwide approaches to client experience needs to increase consistency, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction based on extensive knowledge of industry best practices.
- Oversees research across multiple business units to develop broad recommendations for process changes to resolve issues and improve the client experience. Conducts complex data analyses to generate recommendations for critical client projects across multiple client groups. Coordinates business resources across the firm needed to complete standard projects.
- Partners with business and technology leadership to recommend and implement firmwide solutions that will improve client experience, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve operational efficiency. Has strong relationships across business leadership.
- Oversees implementation of strategic recommendations for changes to operational and compliance processes impacting the enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 10+ years of total relevant work experience that includes managing an enterprise marketing technology stack
- Experience in Agile Development methodologies AND
- Ability to manage teams across the Globe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or higher certification
