1st Shift (8 AM - 5 PM) | Requirements: 1 year of human resources experience

Human Resources Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR assistant to maintain personnel files.
Create safety presentations and use them to train staff quarterly.
Prepare and oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Process payroll, manage timecards/time-off requests, and generate reports based on this data.
Foster a professional relationship with external benefits brokers.
