What you'll do:
-Process Improvement
- Deliver expected functional area results through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis and loss elimination.
- Create standard work to reduce process variation.
- Assist in reviewing and responding to process improvement projects owned by area managers.
- New playbooks and provide input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities.
- Lead savings projects within area of responsibility by removing loss from the process.
-Leadership & Management
- Manage project execution of top losses in the functional area and assist in building the capacity of other area managers and associates.
- Support area loss profile analysis and performance metrics.
-Associate Engagement & Development
- Support Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within process area.
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Process/Industrial Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies.
- Experience with automation and robotics in logistics is a big plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $66,560.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
