$90,000.00/Yr. - $115,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

The Credit Analytics Manager (CAM) is responsible for leading the Data Analytics team of Credit to provide data and automation solutions to the Credit department.
Responsibility
- Effectively manage a team of Junior Banking/Data Analysts
- Understanding your business stakeholders' objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance
- Turning business requirements into technical requirements
- Finding and understanding the correct and best data sources for a given analysis
- Selecting and implementing the right analytic toolset for each deliverable, which may include SQL, Python, Tableau, and other home-grown data structures and tools
- Presenting solutions to stakeholders (non-technical audiences) and soliciting constructive feedback
- Providing ongoing support to deployed solutions and iterating to adapt to evolving requirements and ecosystems
- Owning the entire end-to-end delivery of project deliverables - starting with requirements, deployment, and producing quality documentation artifacts during the process
- Learning from and sharing knowledge and skills with your teammates to grow BI's total impact on the organization
Requirement
- Bachelors
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in SQL and Tableau highly preferred
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Prior people management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot reporting and identify modifications to existing reporting
- Ability to visually display data in an appealing way
- Willingness to train and support enhancing the skill level of various team members
