$150,000.00/Yr. - $175,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Support the Sales Manager and Relationship Managers from a credit perspective in prescreening, structuring, and negotiating transactions in preparation for submission into the underwriting pipeline for Commercial Lending.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and effectively execute on existing underwriting pipeline of Commercial Lending and other structured transactions including the analyses and due diligence process on the financial condition and credit worthiness of potential clients in the underwriting pipeline
- Supporting underwriting positions with conviction by presenting logical detailed analysis and metrics to support positions
- Manage the submissions for credit approval and work with senior credit officers on any additional analysis or conditional requirements being included in the proposed credit
- Assist in complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions. Assist with the preparation of reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre-Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests
- Lead and mentor junior team members in all facets of underwriting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience working in a financial institution in a transactional credit role
