JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical People Analytics Lead to empower our organization through insightful reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and automating self-service dashboards and analytics solutions at scale, leading Workday reporting excellence, and collaborating across teams to enable a diverse and inclusive work environment. By driving the strategic use of data, the role aims to enhance decision-making across all levels of the organization.
Develop and automate self-service dashboards and analytics solutions for business leaders and managers.
Lead the development and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
Orchestrate expert-level data visualizations and presentations meaningful to business partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Serve as a thought leader internally, delivering analytics and insights across all People COEs.
Continuously innovate reporting solutions and strategically utilize data to enhance the value of the People Analytics function.
Proficiency in Workday, including advanced reporting and calculated fields.
Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Workday Prism.
Strong analytical skills with experience in regression analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
