- This role is to support the consumer-facing digital retailing programs (including Amazon), working in conjunction with Hyundai affiliates, dealers, and technology solution partners.
- Support Sr. Manager, Consumer Digital Retailing Business Operations, in managing the day-to-day business and Amazon online workstream operations, enhancements, and general maintenance, in alignment with Consumer Digital Retailing and Amazon strategy.
- Ensure the Amazon website activity is consistent with HMA’s Digital Retailing and Brand strategy.
- Ensure Consumer Digital Retailing and Amazon operational activity is consistent with the direction from the business.
- Use advanced knowledge to manage the day-to-day maintenance and model year changeovers.
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met with functional enhancements.
- Manage business partners and stakeholders (i.e., HMA Business Units, INNOCEAN USA, Hyundai AutoEver America, Silicon Beach Solutions, other external partners) to ensure successful execution of new initiatives and smooth operations.
- Exercise independent judgement to strategize on new enhancements for the customer experience.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings and put together meeting notes and meeting recaps.
- Ensure successful project planning/execution, and uninterrupted operations through effective timely troubleshooting.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Create, update, and present PowerPoint briefings.
- Conduct routine status updates to Sr. Manager, Consumer Digital Retailing Business Operations.
- Collaborate with other project managers, in managing Consumer Digital Retailing systems/operations and business partners.
- Collaborate with external partners with direction from HMA Marketing department.
- This person will be involved in contracts, managing budget, and managing contractors.
~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Master’s degree a plus
- Six or more years in the automotive industry.
- Experience in OEM consumer-facing website operations management role.
- Experience in consumer digital marketing and digital retailing/e-commerce.
- Amazon Seller Central experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Ability to manage high-paced environments with multiple projects.
- Effective project, personnel, and budget management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

#LI-Hybrid (60% Onsite/40% Remote)
$86,800.00 - $124,000.00 Annual
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
