What you will be doing

Quality control member must be able to utilize our internal system, as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel. Must be a team player.
What we are searching for
- 1 year experience in Quality in food or related field, preferred.
- Perform inspections across all stages of food production and document reports at real time. Evaluate data reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
- Comply with developed Quality and Food Safety, Safety, and environmental procedures and policies.
- Experience with SQF and Organic audits, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years working in a micro and analytical lab environment preferred.
- Relevant experience working in a food manufacturing environment with USDA and FDA manufacturing preferred.
- High degree of initiative, dependable and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- Knowledgeable of Food Safety programs such as GMP's, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in auditing and pre-shipment records review.
